Project Manager - Civil Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring all aspects are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, providing leadership and support to team members while promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
• Serve as a strong advocate for safety, leading the project team in achieving zero incidents and injuries through proactive measures and continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders through both verbal and written channels, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and adaptability, driving innovation and embracing new ideas to optimize project outcomes.
• Manage multiple activities simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project milestones and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7 + Proven experience in project management, preferably in civil engineering or construction.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Commitment to safety as a top priority, with a track record of promoting and enforcing safety protocols on construction sites.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to drive results and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Proficiency in project management software; SAP or other tools.

Desired:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred OR PMP
