Essential Job Functions:
The Infrastructure Manager will oversee day-to-day operational support, troubleshooting, provisioning, installation/configuration, server administration, network administration, cybersecurity, maintenance of system hardware, and software support. The Infrastructure Manager will also supervise multiple individuals making up the teams that cover the daily network and server operations. Under the direction of the Manager of Technology Service Operations, the Infrastructure Manager's influence is District-wide and may affect every school/department through timely planning, discussions with customers, execution of services requested by supporting customers, and the creation/maintenance of appropriate support documentation. This position may have contact with all levels of District staff.

Qualifications Required:
- 3 to 5 years of previous experience in a System or Network Engineer role
- Working knowledge of Fiber Networks
- Attention to detail, and ability to analyze and resolve technical problems.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment,
- Self-starter, motivated, creative, flexible, deadline-oriented, and able to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
