RN Manager - Dialysis

One of our partner facilities in California is looking to hire a full-time RN Manager - Dialysis.

Job Summary:

A registered professional nurse responsible for the operations and management of a dialysis clinic. This role involves ensuring high-quality patient care, compliance with local and federal regulations, and effective staff management.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from accredited School of Nursing
• Current California RN license
• Experience in Chronic/Acute Hemodialysis or Home Setting
• Management experience or B.Sc. Degree preferred
• Active CPR card

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote teamwork and address patient concerns.
• Welcome and orient new patients.
• Manage patient schedules and assign staff duties.
• Ensure policy compliance and infection control.
• Coordinate with other departments for patient care.
• Conduct patient rounds and provide care as needed
• Monitor and supervise all patient care activity during dialysis and assist as necessary..
• Prepare and manage staff schedules.
• Evaluate staff performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee medical records, injury reports, and medication inventory.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols.
• Collect and report CQI Outcomes data.
• Liaise with hospitals for Mobile Acute Dialysis.
• Act as educational liaison for staff and patients.
