Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Partner Relations Managers and Partner Client Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and cooperation.
- Propel the expansion of partnerships and market share in the US, enriching collaboration and share-of-wallet with current partners while establishing new alliances.
- Supervise the introduction and sales endeavors of state-of-the-art products and services, encompassing SAAS-based and other technology-centric solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on go-to-market strategies, forecasting, and planning to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Act as a fervent advocate for our mission both internally and externally, championing our brand and values.
- Effectively manage escalations, internally within the organization and externally with partners, showcasing robust leadership and problem-solving abilities.
