Minimum Requirements
- A proven track record of success with a minimum of 3 years of Sales experience within the Remote Cardiac Monitoring industry. Specifically selling Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT), Event Monitoring, & Holter Services.
- Proven ability to navigate a medical environment such as a physician's office, clinic, or hospital.
- Experience selling a service-based solution to customers.
- Documented history and relationship with key decision-makers within the cardiac monitoring space.
Job Requirements
- This sales representative will be responsible for growing sales within a specific geographic territory.
- Meet or exceed annual revenue targets and growth quotas.
- Develop an annual business plan with quarterly revisions to ensure proper targeting, strategy, and growth.
- Develop & enhance relationships in accounts as well as internally to grow market share while resolving any service issues to ensure customers' complete satisfaction.
Compensation Information
- Base: $80k (depending on experience)
- Variable commission: 100k+
- Total Compensation: 180k-200k+ uncapped earning potential
- Top earning potential 350k
