RSC's are expected to provide an extraordinary degree of information gathering and presenting to buying teams throughout the capital equipment purchasing process

Products
- The Quantra QPlus System is at the point of care and/or in medical laboratories. It is indicated for evaluating blood coagulation in perioperative patients to assess possible hypocoagulable and hypercoagulable conditions in cardiovascular or major orthopedic surgeries.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a preference for experience in healthcare or capital sales or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience selling in disruptive environments and influencing behavior change
- Proven successful track record in capital medical equipment sales
- Prior call-point experience in Cardiac, Trauma, Anesthesia, and Ortho is a plus
- Sales management/ training experience a plus
- Proven success in introducing new technologies to the market a plus

Job Requirements
- Manage, support, and execute a complex sales process (Multiple stakeholders).
- Build clinical, administrative, and physician support through technical presentations, executive meetings, marketing events, and Quantra demos.
- Identify key institutions, generate market awareness, and drive Quantra sales within an assigned sales territory.
- Effectively manage the transition of initial sale, quarterbacking installation, validation, and driving procedural volume and growth through clinical & customer support team members.
- Achieve quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Develop expert-level knowledge of Acute Patient Blood Management.
- Develop and present an economic case to key stakeholders for Quantra purchase.
- Oversee all communications and administrative follow-up to own the customer experience end to end (with the support of the clinical and customer support teams).
- Ensure adherence to Company policies & procedures (e.g. Quality, Finance, etc.)
