The Fashion Group provides support functions to 5 brands present in the US - Celine, Givenchy, Loewe, Kenzo and Emilio Pucci. These 5 brands represent approx. 750 employees, 80 retail location, as well as an important volume of wholesales and a growing Ecomm business.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The IT Ecomm & Omni Senior Analyst will be responsible of running the day-to-day operations of the systems integrations between the Maison's ERPs and the Digital solutions. He/she will be also in charge of leading/support locally major projects for the business on the IT scope (review IT processes and necessary systems improvements). This position is based in New York City and is currently hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days wfh).
Digital/Ecomm/Omni Analyst
Collaborate with business partners and Central IS&T shared service team to develop roadmaps, drive projects, & application maintenance to build a synergic systems environment.
Ensure alignment on priorities and timelines across all Digital/Ecomm/Omni development projects for all the Maison's Organize and coordinate system changes for releases and continuous improvements
Organize and support product demo sessions to gather feedback from the stakeholders from project scoping to users training
Develop, build, and define Dashboard and KPIs to monitor and communicate on project status
Provide proper risk management by documenting all risks and employing an effective mitigation strategy
Define proper escalation process on project blockers
Communicate with all levels of organization, identify, and involve accurate stakeholders and management
Use and enhance the IS&T team projects deliverables and standardized documents and processes
Complete project handover to support teams and support hyper care post go live
Collaborate with the other IS&T department to ensure all IT aspects of projects are considered (sales integrations, logistics, network and security, support...)
Solutions owner and enabler
Oversee the architectural design and configuration of the business applications on the Omni/Ecommerce applications/solutions perimeter
Support users on the business configurations, processes, and day-to-day operations
Identify improvements opportunities in systems and processes
Be a leader of local initiatives to improves the operations on the IS&T Ecom/Omni solutions scope
Specify systems requirements (business & technical) to identify feasibility and risks, considering time/budget constraints
Drive new solutions launch through scoping, developments, testing, deployment, communication, and monitoring
Support
Oversee FG US Digital and Ecomm applications support tickets and involve and follow up with appropriate team members (local and Central)
Provide L2 and L3 support for Digital and Ecomm local and global application inquiries
Provide L3 support for locally managed Ecom/Omni solutions
Analyse and provide solutions and escalations on a timely manner of business blocker tickets/requests
Support business teams for Digital and Ecomm application fixes, improvements, and deployments
Identify opportunities of improvements through tickets incidents and act on fixing root-causes
Identify opportunities of knowledge transfers to L1 & L2 Support Team with a top-down approach
Identify opportunities of knowledge transfer from Central teams to local teams to reduce SLAs
Develop standard support processes and ensure adoption by users
Roadmap and Budgeting
Be able to identify and lead cost efficiency initiatives
Help to build and monitor Digital/Ecomm IS&T budget of his/her/them projects
Involve in the Digital and Omni LVMH communities to offer best practices and roadmap ideas to the business teams

PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
Strong project managements skills
Strong and effective interpersonal communication skills essential
Experience and relevant qualifications in IS&T area (Digital, Ecommerce, Wholesale, Supply Chain, Logistic, ...)
Leadership and autonomy with good reporting skills
Focused on objectives and mid-long-term results
Able to work in a fast-paced demanding environment
A flexible, intuitive, and proactive approach, capable of dealing with ambiguity
French spoken is cherry on the cake

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 - $100,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate's relevant skills and experience.
