Description:

Lead high-performance team to develop, implement and refine electrified propulsion system research, development and bespoke/novel test capabilities.
"Connect the dots" by identifying opportunities to apply our unique electronics and control systems enabled laboratory capabilities to improve electrified propulsion system testing in novel ways.

Guide and support project managers and engineers to ensure projects are completed on-time and on-budget.

Requires a Bachelors, Masters or a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
10 years: Demonstrated proficiency in electric machines, power electronics or related propulsion system or energy conversion technologies.
5 - 10 years: Experience leading technical teams.
Must have strong fundamental and experience-based understanding of electromechanical systems. The experience may be professional or personal. It is essential to ensuring efficient operation and troubleshooting of our lab and novel test equipment.
Must have a strong passion for developing new technologies and solving problems.
A valid/clear driver's license is required.
