New teaching/new licensed staff orientation will be held on July 24 &25, 2024
Experience:
District 49 credits each year of verified full-time/full-year K-12 teaching experience up to 20 years.
Work Schedule:
197 contracted work days

Salary:
The minimum starting pay is $62,312*/year and the maximum salary is $ $107,663*/year. Initial pay placement is dependent on level of formal education and years of relevant experience (the maximum credit granted is 20 years).
*The salary range for this position includes a 15% premium frpm the licensed teacher salary schedule.

Interviews are site-based and not conducted by the Human Resources office.

Qualifications and Expectations:
  • Masters degree in Education plus additional coursework required for certification
  • Valid Colorado Principal's license or eligibility at time of hire.
