The Role - Director of Claims

Reporting to the COO, this pivotal new role will be the driving force behind the execution and compliance of all restoration projects. As the strategic leader and guardian of project standards, you will ensure every project is executed flawlessly, adheres to industry standards, and exceeds our clients' expectations. What you will do as the Director of Claims

Project Coordination:
  • Oversee and manage all project coordinations ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of projects

Compliance Management:
  • Drive the compliance score by ensuring all projects adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies.
  • Conduct monthly reviews with insurance partners to identify areas for improvement and ensure satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance companies regarding claims and project updates.

Claims Management:
  • Ensure all claims have accurate "Exact Analysis" reports and are processed efficiently.
  • Review and approve claims estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to the claims support specialist team.

Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead and support the Project Coordinator team, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Participate actively in leadership team meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Performance Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in claims processes and project coordination.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance team performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to claims and project coordination.

Successful applicants must bring the following
  • Proficiency in Xact Analysis for managing claims is a must have
  • Experience in restoration or working in claims within an insurance compa
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intense work environment.
  • Smart, self-starting, and detail-oriented.

Compensation:
Competitive salary of $80,000 - 90,000 annually.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
