Director of Food and Beverage

We are looking for a Director of Food and Beverage who will provide maximum guest satisfaction whilst maximizing sales and controlling expenses in the F&B operation.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• Education: University Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a related role: luxury property required
• Language: Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
• Guest Relations: Proven experience in managing high-level guest interactions.
• Communication: Excellent internal and external communication skills.
• Personal Traits: Resourceful, resilient, and proficient in problem-solving; well-groomed and professional.
• Must be a US citizen or legally allowed to work in the US. No work permit will be provided.
