Job Summary
This role will provide corporate leadership with the technical reporting, financial analysis and consulting support needed to manage monthly financial performance results, develop the annual financial plan and refresh the Enterprise long-term strategic forecast.

Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
Additional Required Qualifications
Experience in monthly performance reporting and financial plan development
Knowledge of basic health insurance concepts and terminology
Experience with financial systems and applications, including Hyperion
Experience working with cross-functional senior and mid-level management
Experience in coordinating multiple deliverables under very tight timeframes
Experience in analyzing and understanding large amounts of financial information
Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Bachelor's degree Finance, Accounting or Business

Knowledge of enterprise organizational structure and business unit reporting relationships
General Physical Demands

Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $88,100 - $95,000
Annualized Salary Range: $88,100 - $143,100

This role will provide corporate leadership with the technical reporting, financial analysis and consulting support needed to manage monthly financial performance results, develop the annual financial plan and refresh the Enterprise long-term strategic forecast.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Enterprise Performance Management: Serve as the primary point of contact in gathering monthly actual results from various stakeholders. Provide controllership of the results, consolidate financial performance across the Enterprise and identify key variance drivers. Assist in drafting and consolidating business performance communication materials.
- Annual Plan Development: Contribute to the development of the Enterprise annual financial plan by collecting, integrating and reviewing business unit-level inputs, evaluating the plan against strategic objectives and assisting in the development of communication materials.
- Long-term Strategic Forecast: Incorporate inputs from multiple business areas into the Enterprise long-range forecast model, summarize key drivers of changes in the forecast and draft summary output material for leadership review.
- Ad Hoc: Conduct ad hoc financial analyses around market strategy/planning, economic uncertainty, health care reform or other market or regulatory impacts. Contribute to Enterprise initiatives requiring Corporate FP&A support.
- Hyperion System: Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the Hyperion ecosystem and provide consultative support on system changes utilizing organizational, business and system/data knowledge.
