POSITION SUMMARY
- This position is responsible for the Assessment and Care Delivery/Service to Outpatient Infusion Center patients
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education
  - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum Experience
  - 2 years of nursing experience in infusions, in an outpatient or clinic setting
- Required Registration/License/Certification
  - Registered Nursing License
  - Chemotherapy Certification within 6 months of hire
  - BLS within 90 days of date of hire or transfer
  - ACLS within 12 months of hire/transfer
- Preferred Education
  - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing BS
- Preferred Experience
  - 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinic setting in an outpatient chemotherapy/infusion center
- Preferred Registration/License/Certification
  - OCN
