We have one of the world's best fleets of environmental management aircraft equipped with modern avionics, specialized equipment, and systems. Candidates can apply for one or multiple of the following aircraft roles, depending on experience.
Air Tanker role: Must have at least 1500 hours of Pilot-in-Command time and 300 hours tailwheel experience.
Bird-Dog role: Must have at least 3000 hours of Pilot-in-Command time, 500 hours of turbine experience, and 500 hours multi-engine experience.
Shadow role: Must have at least 1000 hours of total time and 100hrs multi-engine Pilot-in-command.
For Bird-dog and Shadow, experience in a Piper Aerostar, Cessna Caravan, or aircraft equipped with a Garmin G1000NXI is an asset.
In all roles, preference will be given to candidates having experience with turbine engines and low altitude operations like aerial application or fire suppression.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST:
- Be legally permitted to work in Canada in the Federal Aviation sector.
- Be able to obtain/hold a Canadian Category 1 medical certificate.
- Hold a Canadian Commercial Pilot - Fixed Wing license or the Transport Canada-recognized international equivalent.
- Have flying experience within the last 12 months.
- Be capable of obtaining a clean Criminal Background Check.
- Capable of obtaining a clean Driver Abstract.
- Hold a valid Canadian driver license or a federally recognized International license.
- Hold a passport valid for at least 30 days after the end of any employment.[NH1] [AF2]
- Successfully complete FPL ground and flight training program, including a pilot competency check.
- Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
