Description

The Inventory Managers is the vault keeper! They oversee all incoming product, monitor supply to avoid shortages, and manage product movement as needed. They also ensure compliance with all dispensing policies and procedures.

The daily grind:

• Keep inventory accurate with daily counts and reconciliations.
• Manage digital menus, deliveries, and submit invoices appropriately.
• Make sure the vault stays clean and organized for easy access to product and inspections.
• Work with management to package deals prior to anticipated launch dates.
• Assist with audits and provide ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Partner with the Dispensary Manager to support daily operations from time-to-time.

You're a great fit if:

• Are at least 21 years of age or older.
• Have previously worked in a licensed dispensary and supported inventory.
• Are excellent communicator and and even better listener.
• Enjoy staying organized and understand the importance of documenting products.
• Have a eye for detail and can investigate shortfalls and surpluses to find the source of the issue.
• Can outside the normal schedule is not unusual. Sometimes we need to be flexible and come in on weekends and holidays.
