Role Summary:
- IBM is looking for an experienced Agile Coach to participate in an agile transformation for a major government program. The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience as a servant leader who has coached multiple teams and multiple programs. The coach will be responsible for identifying and launching teams/ARTs, facilitating program/ART ceremonies, coaching all levels of the program, driving collaboration and alignment between teams and objectives, and relentlessly driving continuous improvement
Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants must be either US citizens or permanent residents of the United States. We cannot accept H1 Visa holders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years agile experience (Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.)
- 1+ years project/program management experience
- 1+ years software development/ information technology experience
Preferred:
- Active IRS MBI Clearance
- 3+ years of federal government experience
