A high-net-worth family residing on the Upper East Side seeks a professional career nanny with 5 to 10 years of professional experience and impeccable references. This unique position serves as a support role to their full-time daytime nanny, primarily focusing on evenings and some weekends, typically starting around six-ish. You must be flexible with your schedule, with variable workdays and weekends. Some weeks may have heavier needs than others.

Responsibilities:

• Provide childcare support for three children aged 2, 4, 7, focusing on emotional connection and engaging activities.
• Collaborate with the daytime nanny to maintain consistency in routines and activities.
• No driving is required; assistance with meal prep and cooking is provided as needed.
• Combination of living in and living out arrangements when needed.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Adhere to dietary preferences (no pork) and ensure a calm and quiet home environment.
• Maintain organization and routine within the household.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of professional nanny experience.
• Ability to connect with children of varying ages.
• Comfortable with flexible scheduling and occasional travel.
• Experience in high-net-worth households preferred.
• Non-allergic to cats.

Schedule:

• Evenings and some weekends, starting around 6-ish.
• Flexible scheduling with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Variable workload: one week may entail 20 hours while another may require more, compensated accordingly.

Compensation/Benefits:

• $40 per hour or a Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
• Full-time minimum promised hours (40 hours per week).
