Role Overview

As a Restoration and Mitigation Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. Your primary focus will be on sales, relationship-building, and strategic planning. We're seeking an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces challenges, and can adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of restoration sales professionals. Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and technicians to ensure seamless execution of restoration and mitigation projects.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and manage budgets.
  • Negotiation and Contracts: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably within the restoration, insurance, or construction industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Results-Driven: A track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with restoration and mitigation processes is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
