As a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights lead consultant, you willapply your skills and knowledge throughout the various stages of the project lifecycle. You will provide marketing, project and product leadership to customers for the implementation of Customer Insights (Data and Journeys). You will work on project execution and sales pursuits.

As a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights lead consultant, you willapply your skills and knowledge throughout the various stages of the project lifecycle. You will provide marketing, project and product leadership to customers for the implementation of Customer Insights (Data and Journeys). You will work on project execution and sales pursuits.
- Communicate and demonstrate the potential value of Customer Insights to potential customers along with our account management and presale team:
- Help determine and translate customer needs into a solution and approach;
- Conduct scoping, business value assessments, tailored demos, and assist in creating proposals and statements of work.
- Lead and participate in CI-D and CI-J projects:
- Define business outcomes;
- Capture requirements;
- Lead training sessions;
- Ensure solution configuration meets requirements.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the internal team and customers for CI projects;
- Act as a point of contact for communications with the Microsoft product team and senior customer leadership.

Does this sound like you?
- Experience:
- with multiple marketing automation and CDP tools;
- in marketing analytics, web analytics and marketing ROI metrics;
- with providing online training.
- Expert-level knowledge of marketing strategy, either in a marketing consulting role or as a marketer;
- Hands-on experience with the following:
- Customer Insights - Journeys (also known as Dynamics Marketing);
- Customer Insights - Data;
- Dynamics CE.
- Familiarity with:
- Power Platform (PowerApps, Flow, Power BI, Power Automate);
- AI modeling;
- Google Analytics.
- Bright, articulate and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
