We are a leading provider of personalized home care services for seniors, committed to enhancing their quality of life. As we expand, we seek a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the senior care market.

Position Summary:

As a Senior Home Care Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. You will identify and cultivate relationships with key referral sources, including healthcare providers, to generate qualified leads and expand our referral network. Your expertise in the senior home care market and proven track record of success in sales and business development will be critical to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Referral Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare providers.
  • New Business Development: Proactively seek out and engage new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and targeted outreach.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with potential clients and their families to develop personalized home care solutions.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Create and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and exceed revenue targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the senior home care market.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to prospective clients.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Established and thriving relationships with key referral sources in the local community, including nursing homes, hospices, adult day care centers, and other healthcare providers.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record in the home healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the senior home care market, including industry trends, competitor landscape, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive base salary commensurate with experience and a generous, uncapped commission structure.
