Level of Effort: Full-time / 40 - 50 hours per week
We are currently looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer for one of our projects with our client located in DC area.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain UI automation scripts in Selenium.
- Update and maintain Selenium test framework using the Page Object Model (POM).
- Work with the team to troubleshoot test failures.
- Create, update, and maintain test data in json, xml, and Excel.
- Understand and analyzes requirements related to automation, test data, and test environments.
- Understanding of testing processes for various test phases including automated testing processes/methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools, understanding of test data requirements, system architecture concepts, and various types of system databases.
- Creates and execute test scripts, and record defects. This individual is able to configure and manage a test data repository and govern test environments.
- Defines Automation Test Approach/Methodology
- Identify Automation Test Architecture
- Understands and analyze automation requirements
Qualifications
- Required Skills: (proficiency must be noted for all; 2-3 ct)
- Kubernetes (Beginner)
- DevOps (Intermediate)
- Selenium (Intermediate)
- Selenium (Expert)
- Java (Expert)
All candidates should have:
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Eligibility to receive Federal Public Trust clearance
- Established residency in the US for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
- Candidates must be local to the Washington, D.C. Metro/Northern VA area - travel will not be reimbursed.
- Completed Background Investigation in accordance with Section 8.3 of your Subcontract Agreement prior to start of work
