Key Responsibilities
- Support an enterprise portfolio of COTS, GOTS, and Open-Source applications
- Enterprise software negotiation
- Act as the primary liaison for vendor relationship management on behalf of the HPCMP
- Facilitate ad-hoc license requests, such as additional licenses or temporary licenses from users or vendors
- Ongoing operations & maintenance of license servers
- Serve as primary coordinator for license server updates and patching at all DSRC's within the HPCMP
- Monitor software usage and report to senior management
- Report on license usage anomalies and react accordingly
- Provide recommendations to HPCMP leadership regarding future software renewals and purchases
- Draft software announcements in partnership with the Technical Communications team
Required Skills and Education
- HS diploma with a minimum of 8 years related experience, AS +6, BA +4, or MS +2
- Effective communicator both orally and in a written form
- Experience using or managing commercial software
- Demonstrated understanding of government procurement requirements

Preferred Skills and Education
- Experience using or supporting HPC systems
- Experience supporting Government contracts
- Ability to obtain DOD 8140 (8570) certification
- Understanding of and experience with HPC scheduling software (PBSpro, Slurm, or LSF)
- Tokenized license management experience
