Chief Nursing Officer - Nursing Administration
The Chief Nursing Office is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and represents clinical practice at the board level.
This role is responsible for the development and recommendation of effective hospital-wide patient care programs, policies and procedures, and the development and implementation of the hospital's plan for the provision of patient care, and implementation of an effective and ongoing program to monitor, evaluate and build top outcomes in quality, safety and service
Reports to: President / Chief Executive Officer
Qualifications:
A current license in NC as a Registered Nurse
Graduate of an accredited BSN program required; Master's degree in health
related field preferred
5 years of Administrative Experience required
Progressive leadership/ management experience required
Experience / knowledge of DNV preparation and survey process preferred
Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
