Until FilledThe job of Human Resources Partner is done for the purpose/s of ensuring District 65 is managing talent well, working with managers to resolve ongoing challenges, providing strategic support and guidance, and ensuring managers have tools and resources to develop a strong workforce and make strategic HR decisions. The HR Partner will serve as an advisor and primary contact to principals, hiring managers and the senior management team, providing strong day-to-day HR support and strategic HR guidance. The HR Partner will demonstrate leadership in promoting District 65's equity mission, vision, goals through effective collaboration. This job reports to the Chief Human Resource Officer.
Education and Experience
Experience: Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required.
Education: Bachelors degree in job-related area, Masters encouraged.
Equivalency: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
