Immediate Opening: Manager - Patient Financial Services

This position will:

• Be responsible for oversight and quality of all back-end business functions that include accounts receivable billing, collection and payment resolutions.
• Work interdependently and with other departments to identify strategies for performance improvement, reporting and monitoring of daily operations to promote positive impact to health system.
• Contribute to Beloit Health System's financial health as the staff and AR vendors under their purview play a large role in reimbursements and cash flow

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration/Management or related field
• Minimum of 6 years' progressive management experience in hospital and provider billing may be considered in lieu of degree

• Certification as Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) within one year or at time of placement in position
• At least 3 years' experience in healthcare or insurance environment
• At least 3 years' experience in supervisory or managerial roles over hospital and physician billing
• Accounts receivable management experience
• Knowledge of complex patient accounting processes and healthcare terminology.
