Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join an award-winning architecture firm in their office in Houston, TX.
Candidates must be well-versed in handling diverse client types and project scales within the U.S. architectural sector.
This is a fully onsite position, working in a collaborative environment and managing a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of multiple projects, including the preparation of strategic plans for project success
• Coordinate all project efforts-administrative and technical-to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution
• Manage client budgets, schedules, and programs, alongside project communications, documentation, office administrative tasks, and project team assignments
• Determine scope of work, estimate fees, prepare proposals and contracts, and organize workflow to streamline production and eliminate downtime
• Conduct meetings with clients and consultants to ensure smooth project progression and success

Minimum Requirements:

• 5-year Architectural Degree from an accredited school of architecture
• 8+ years of related experience in the USA
• Proven project management experience, including budgets and managing teams.
• Diverse project experience.
• Proficiency in Revit; advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop are advantageous
• Excellent graphical and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated capability to manage all aspects of architectural projects, with a steadfast commitment to superior service
