This person will work closely with healthcare providers and medical staff at private practices, mobile wound groups, hospitals, wound care centers, and long-term care facilities. Your success will be all about putting the client and patient needs first, and striving to capture new accounts and nurture existing ones so that more patients get the help they need.
The Territory Manager is a part of our U.S. wound sales team in a specifically designated territory and reports directly to sales leadership.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of medical sales experience, currently selling in wound care, with deep relationships.
- Experience with "buy & bill" and understanding of reimbursement.
- Proven track record of success in creating new business and opening new accounts.
- Experience selling in an environment with multiple call points and decision-makers within an account. Private-practice experience is a must.
- Be a team player with leadership skills.
- Be self-motivated and thrive on your own with autonomy as a professional in the field.
- Know the difference between being "busy" and delivering results.

Responsibilities- Introduce or reintroduce the UltraMISTsystem to HCPs, medical staff and executives throughout your territory.
- Find and educate customers of the changes in the landscape for treating wounds and how UltraMIST can be the device to assist in the healing of their patients.
- Deliver sales presentations to HCPs, executives and clinical support teams to ensure they are empowered with accurate information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers and thought leaders.
Compensation Information- Base: $100k
- Total Comp: $220-230k
