Facilitates contracting with physicians and advance practice clinicians (APCs).
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitates the medical provider compensation analyzes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation.
- Coordinates information for physician candidates to be presented to the Board of Directors.
- Presents physician candidates for consideration to the Physician Transaction Group.
- Collaborates with in-house legal counsel to facilitate preparation of employment agreements.
- Facilitates immigration documentation and follow-up.
- Facilitates presentation of employment agreements to new candidates and existing providers.
- Assures agreements and amendments are prepared and processed timely and responds to questions.
- Informs leadership of issues and information regarding employee agreements.
- Maintains a collaborative relationship with peers and colleagues across the service area.
- Serves as representative of OHMG at community functions, educational seminars, and professional meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration required upon hire OR
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications required upon hire OR
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources required upon hire OR
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field required upon hire
- A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience required
- No licensure/certification/registration required
