General Description
Geodesic is seeking an individual to fill a PM support role supporting our Vehicular Technology Transition (VTT) program. The successful individual will have a background supporting the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic programs and their customers.
Specific Duties
Create project artifacts (i.e. - schedules, reports, presentations, etc.) using MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Project.
Develop and maintain project schedules/IMS using MS Project. Work with project team to obtain relevant scheduling information (i.e. - activities, milestones, projected durations, critical path, percentage complete). Create schedule summaries using OnePager Pro.
Document/update project risks using IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC).
Attend NOTM meetings, capture action items for NIWC LANT project team, maintain action item list. Capture meeting minutes as required.
Maintain NOTM organization chart using MS Visio.
Prepare slide presentations/reports.
Assist with the development and management of taskbooks/financials (NDA required).
Work with IPT Configuration Manager to track NOTM deliverables and configuration items in RTC.
Work with PMO counterparts to obtain/exchange information.
Solicit/consolidate project information in response to datacalls from PMO or NIWC LANT leadership.
Review project documentation and make recommendations as needed.
Work Experience Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications
MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Excel), Adobe Acrobat Professional, OnePager Pro
Education Requirements:
Master's or Bachelor's degree
Ten (10) years with a Master's degree or fourteen (14) years with a Bachelor's degree of professional experience coordinating and providing support services to organizations. Individuals shall have experience managing services and personnel that allow organizations to operate efficiently,
