What will you be doing?

  • You will establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with both residential and business customers including seeking out new and relevant revenue opportunities with builders, interior designers, property managers, and other residential business partners.
  • Develop and implement sales and business strategies to generate leads and obtain new clients and opportunities.
  • You will conduct basic site measures on existing window openings, conduct scaled take offs on window schedule plans for new builds using Bluebeam drawing program (training provided).
  • Generate proposals in iPoint and basic layout drawings in Bluebeam.
  • Actively engage in training sessions, new product launches, and other industry related events and shows.
  • Stay informed of latest indoor and outdoor motorized shading drape and technologies and offerings from vendors and partners to maintain relevance in the marketplace.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with field personnel and customers.
  • Meet with customers at each stage of the sales process to close the sale, answer questions and provide follow-up instruction and technical assistance for all aspects of our product and service offerings.
  • Utilize and update our contact relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Monday - Friday Work Week 7am - 4pm.

As well as the above personal attributes you will also need to have........
  • Prior experience in residential and/or commercial construction in a sales capacity.
  • Able to work independently and self manage your time.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Clean background check. We offer security services and all employees are subject to a background check.
  • Solid PC Skills.
  • Reliable transportation. (work mileage reimbursement provided)


Compensation:

Base salary plus commission with no caps on earnings, and other incentives based on experience.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
