We are seeking a highly qualified Regional HR Manager to join our team at The Villas & Hale O Meleana community. As the Regional HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations within the region, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to our employees. You will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization by developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. - Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives
- Oversee all HR operations within the region, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local employment laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicate HR initiatives
- Performs talent acquisition for assigned client base. Pre-screens candidate applications and resumes for required skills; experience and knowledge to fit position requirements. Makes referrals to hiring manager and ensures efficient turn-around activity. Make conduct hiring decisions if requested by Administrator or leadership.
- Facilitates process of candidate selection; interviewing; job offer; pre-employment requirements and coordination of onboarding details.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Three to five (3-5) years of HR experience with at least one (1) year experience in recruitment or retention.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholder
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience working in a multi-site or regional HR role
- Experience in the hospitality industry
