Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 annually

The full-time IT Security Analyst is appointed by the SCCCMHA IT and Facilities Director. The IT Security Analyst position is a non-union, full-time position with comprehensive pay and benefits commensurate with the experience required for the role. The IT Analyst position requires a Bachelor's Degree, at minimum, coupled with 5+ years of experience and certification(s) noted below under experience. The Security Analyst reports directly to the IT and Facilities Director.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
There are no supervisory responsibilities with this position. This position receives supervision from the IT and Facilities Director.
PERSONAL DEMANDS
An employee in this classification must be able to meet the physical and mental demands of the position. Physical demands refer to lifting objects up to 25 pounds. Mental demands refer to concentration, attention, perception, etc.
While carrying out the functions of this classification, physical and mental demands will be required of the employee, including considerable time spent sitting, standing, moving, talking, or walking; minimal lifting and moving of heavy objects weighing up to 25 pounds; and long periods of concentration.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work environment refers to the elements of work surroundings that tend to be disagreeable or make work more difficult. These elements include: cold and hot temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, light, noise, oil, water, vibrations, etc. While performing the functions of this classification, disagreeable elements are negligible.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
An employee in this classification is required to perform some or all of the following duties; however, these do not include all of the tasks the employee is expected to perform:
- Maintain Information Technology security infrastructure including firewalls, intrusion prevention, vulnerability scanning, encryption, and alerting.
- Review and assist with Network rights
- Setup and assist with annual test Vulnerability tests and cleanup/reporting
- Lead on Privacy and Security Committee
- Manage Physical Security of our properties
- Develop and coordinate staff training
- Assist Recipient Rights Office and Corporate Compliance Office as needed
- Manage Video Surveillance and camera maintenance
- Stay up to date with best Security practices, vulnerabilities, attacks and countermeasures
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
An employee in this classification must possess the following minimum qualifications:
Education/Licensure
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Five (5) years' working experience in a security related position.
- Must possess at least one of the following certifications: COMPTIA Security+, CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM Certified Information Security Manager, CEH, Certified Physical Security Professional (PSP), Certified Protection Professional (CPP)

Work Experience
- Specialized training in areas like threat detection, incident response, risk assessment, and security policy development.
- Prior experience in both network security and physical security roles would be ideal. A strong understanding of IT systems, network infrastructure, security protocols, as well as knowledge of physical security measures such as access control, surveillance, and emergency response procedures would be the best for this.
