The Section of Pediatric Hospital Medicine at Wake Forest University School of Medicine seeks to hire a dedicated nocturnist to supervise and support the overnight teaching service, which includes residents and medical students.

The Section of Pediatric Hospital Medicine is a growing and highly collaborative team that provides opportunities to participate in a wide array of educational, research, quality, and safety scholarships in a supportive, academic setting. Our group of 15 faculty hospitalists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers care for children at Levine Children's Brenner Children's Hospital on our Inpatient Teaching Services who have a broad range of medical needs, including co-management, complex care and patients requiring our Intermediate Care Unit. Levine Children's Brenner Children's Hospital is a "hospital within a hospital" with 68 acute care beds, a 12-bed Intermediate Care Unit and an 11-Bed PICU.

Pediatric Hospitalist Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited M.D. or D.O. medical school
- Current North Carolina medical license or the ability to obtain
- BC/BE in Pediatrics
