Responsible for working with leadership, investigators, clinical research staff, sponsors and vendors to identify, develop and execute engineering and regulatory writing componenents for the Center for Neurorestoration.

Responsible for working with leadership, investigators, clinical research staff, sponsors and vendors to identify, develop and execute engineering and regulatory writing componenents for the Center for Neurorestoration.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson .
- Support, direct, and manage engineering and regulatory writing projects within the Center for Neurorestoration.
- Support and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) within the Center for Neurorestoration.
- Collaborate with multiple clinical researchers and investigators, and third party stakeholders for research and design.
- Provide project management support to the Center for Neuorestoration team
- Distribute clinical trial protocols and feasibility questionnaires to investigators interested in participating in trials as appropriate.
- Submit annual and fiscal year documents to Financial Vendor to prepare Federal and State tax reporting.
- Management System (CTMS) and e-Document Regulatory Management System.
- Collaborate with sites participating in clinical trials in preparing regulatory documents for submission to central IRB's for approval.
- Build, distribute, and analyze surveys as required to stakeholders.
- Develop communication's to include letters, memos, and power point presentations for distribution to stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support for planning symposiums, education, and training as appropriate
- therapeutic areas.
Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's Degree Preferred
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
- Five year's experience in Clinical Research Operations or Project Management preferred.
- Experience working with governmental organizations and non-profit organizations preferred.
