Position Details
We are currently seeking a Task Force Director of Sales who possesses exceptional skills for the following sample of responsibilities:
- Support the on-property sales teams and provide short-term and long-term coverage as needed.
- Supports the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans and initiatives to maximize hotel service and profitability throughout the Briad portfolio
- Interacts with clients, directs solicitation efforts, and secures business
- Act and look the part by being clever, professional, and setting a positive example
- Travel locally to conduct outside calls and promote the hotels
- Handle administrative duties for sales on a daily basis

Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Hotel Director of Sales, direct hotel sales experience is REQUIRED
- Hilton & Marriott brand experience PREFERRED
- Proactive approach to prospecting for new business as well as account penetration and saturation
- Superb organizational and follow up skills
- Computer Skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook a must
- Professional appearance and conduct
