Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge or and ability to plan and manage afterschool/weekend projects and program staff.
  • Computer literate with ability to successfully work with all Microsoft applications and/or similar software programs.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in order to effectively work within timelines and demonstrate good leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with other staff members, administrators and community partners.
  • Ability to independently solve problems by analyzing issues and creating a action plan.
  • Ability to perform duties requiring strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

  • Duties:
  • Supervise both sites daily and evaluate site employees and community-based agencies' performance.
  • Manage day to day operations on staffing/substitutes, busing, food service, supplies/inventory, child care licensing requirements, building permits, and payroll.
  • Create, administer and collect data as required from grant (monthly, quarterly and annually) while maintaining communication with required grant evaluator.
  • Analyze and evaluate data and use data to make program decisions and adjustments.
  • Attend and complete all required training's including but not limited to SACC Orientation, First Aid, Communicable Disease, Child Abuse and 21st CCLC online/in-person training.
  • Plan and assist in all professional development for program staff.
  • Maintain academic, attendance and discipline data on program students.
  • Schedule, plan and host three parent programs per site.
  • Contact families on busing, family events, field trips, and 21st CCLC student issues
  • Collaborate with community based organizations to provide student enrichment and recreational opportunities.
  • Work with building principals and secretaries in regard to facility management, academic progress, and discipline issues.
  • Abide by the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Warren City School District Board of Education.
  • Perform any other relevant duties as may be assigned by the Superintendent/CEO, Chief Academic Officer, Associate Superintendent, and the Supervisor of Community Outreach and Grant Development, or his/her designee.

  • Program Start/End Dates: September, 2024 through May, 2025 (approximately 30 weeks)
    Hours: 19 hours per a week
    Salary: $30.95 per an hour
