Community Health Center of Central Wyoming (CHCCW) is currently seeking a Physician Assistant specializing in Family Medicineor a Family Nurse Practitioner, to join our amazing team of providers in our Lander, WY and Riverton, WY locations! Our mission is to provide affordable and high-quality patient care with a comprehensive range of health care services for residents of Central Wyoming, regardless of income, tearing all patients with compassion, dignity, and respect.
We are seeking a licensed Physician Assistant specializing in Family Medicine ora Family Nurse Practitioner to provide direct patient care to children from infancy through adolescence. Work is performed in a typical outpatient clinic environment and periodically at locations outside the office. Some travel may be required, as we have other rural health clinics located throughout central Wyoming.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of a recognized and accredited training program for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants
- Must be able to demonstrate competency in the clinic skills necessary to perform a range of primary care services
- Licensure by the State of Wyoming and by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is required
