Columbiana Health & Rehabilitation Center, a respected provider of care in Columbiana, AL, is seeking a passionate and qualified Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our facility, ensuring exceptional resident care, and fostering a positive work environment for our dedicated staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic oversight for all aspects of the facility's operations, encompassing clinical care, resident services, staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Champion resident-centered care by developing and implementing policies that prioritize resident well-being and dignity.
• Motivate and inspire staff to create a supportive and collaborative work environment that fosters excellence.
• Ensure the facility's financial stability through effective resource management and budgeting.
• Cultivate positive relationships with residents, families, and the greater Columbiana community.
• Represent the facility professionally before regulatory agencies and professional organizations.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Long-Term Care Administration, or a related field (strongly preferred).
• Current Alabama Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) License.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a long-term care setting.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for nursing homes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• A compassionate and resident-centered approach to care.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
