Position Overview
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and develop and implement tailored recruiting strategies to meet specific hiring needs. This role will champion the recruiting process and collaborate with and educate managers on best practices in recruiting and hiring. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors
- Full Lifecycle Recruiting: Manage all stages of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various positions within the company.
- Recruiting Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each hiring manager and department.
- Collaboration and Education: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on recruiting best practices, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ClearanceJobs, social media, recruiting databases, and recruiting events to source high-quality candidates.
- Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees.
- Employer Branding: Promote Arlo as an employer of choice by leveraging social media, attending job fairs, and participating in other recruiting events.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruiting metrics and performance.
Education and Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting in government contracting, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing, job analysis, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding.
- Familiarity with the use of social media for recruiting purposes.
- Previous experience in a similar industry or sector.
