The Senior Investment Analyst and Portfolio Manager will report to the Chief Investment Officer and will be responsible for providing detailed fundamental analysis of the domestic and international Real Estate industry and associated companies.
Location: Bellingham, WA (onsite/Hybrid)
Salary Range: $163,500 - 250,000 annual salary (DOE)

Primary duties include:
- Provide coverage and detailed fundamental analysis of domestic and international real estate companies and industries, including developing long-term investment themes
- Present investment recommendations to the investment committee
- Incorporate sustainability evaluation in company analysis
- Act as portfolio manager for Real Estate Fund and Portfolios
- Assist in marketing through webinars, client marketing, press interviews, etc.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA Preferred
- CFA Charter Holder
- Appropriate FINRA registrations (SIE, 7 and 66)
- Minimum 10 years' experience in stock analysis and portfolio management
