Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Operations and Maintenance:
Develop and implement comprehensive operations & maintenance strategies for microgrid and other power generation systems, focusing on reliability,

uptime, and performance optimization.
Establish protocols for routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and rapid response to system disruptions, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless

operations.
Monitor, track and report assets performance
Review and update existing Asset Management - Service policies and make recommendations for improvement
Continually evaluate and support the coordination of services and quality management of existing and new OEM and 3rd Party vendors
Track and report cost and metrics related to services and warranty claims
Manage warranty and alteration claims for the RPower Power Distribution Systems
Ensure that all operations adhere to all Federal, Local, and RPower's Safety Standards

2. Project Management & Construction Support:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful initiation, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects related to power

generation and microgrids.
Work closely with engineering and construction teams to optimize project designs, mitigate challenges, and ensure timely project completion.
Ensure that all operations adhere to all Federal, Local, and RPower's Safety Standards

3. Team Leadership:
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of technicians and operations personnel.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, safety, and continuous learning within the Asset Management team.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with executive leadership, clients, regulatory bodies, and partners to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
Provide regular updates on Asset status, performance metrics, and key milestones to stakeholders.

5. Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all assets and operations comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure that all services operations in support of RPower's operations comply with all OSHA requirements

6. Regulatory Compliance:

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful leadership in microgrid operations and maintenance.
Strong understanding of power distribution systems and microgrid design and maintenance principles.
Experience with Natural Gas Distributed Generation Assets is preferred
Experience managing vendors and teams in support of Asset Management
Excellent project management skills with experience in leading large, complex projects from inception to completion.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in relevant project software, analytics tools, and MS Office Suite.
