We're currently seeking a highly motivated Cost Estimator located in Denver, CO .
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or a related field or 10+ years of cost estimating experience will be considered in lieu of education requirements

Required Qualifications:
In order to become a candidate, you must possess the following skills and abilities.
- 10+ years of estimating experience.
- Bid evaluation and negotiation experience.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Vertical construction experience.
- Occupied renovation experience.
- CM/GC Contract experience
Responsibilities:
- Review CM/GC subcontract pricing and recommendation throughout the
- Review and validate CM/GC change requests.
- Develop independent cost estimates as needed.
- Maintain organized and detailed files, project records and logs.
- Attend project meetings as required.
Salary:
- Salary to commensurate based on experience
