Overview: Are you a Licensed Geologist (L.G.) with a passion for providing exceptional customer service to your clients with subsurface environmental consulting needs and a knack for project management? ACC is looking for a dynamic individual to join our environmental consulting firm as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, you'll spearhead a range of environmental projects throughout Pacific Northwest, leveraging your expertise to drive innovative solutions and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Take the helm on diverse environmental projects, steering them from concept to completion with your experience and integrity. Client Engagement: Be the face of our firm, fostering strong relationships with clients and serving as their trusted advisor on all things environmental. Compliance Mastery: Navigate the complex landscape of environmental regulations in the Pacific Northwest, ensuring our projects stay on the right side of the law. Investigative Genius: Lead teams in conducting thorough environmental assessments, into soil, groundwater, and remediation strategies. Innovative Remediation: Develop and implement forward-thinking remediation plans, using the latest technologies to achieve optimal results. Team Empowerment: Inspire and mentor our project teams, empowering them to reach new heights of excellence in their work. Proposal Prowess: Collaborate on crafting compelling project proposals that showcase our expertise and win over potential clients. Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC): Maintain rigorous standards of quality in all project deliverables, leaving no room for error. Safety Champion: Champion a culture of safety within our teams, ensuring everyone goes home safe at the end of the day. Growth Mindset: Keep an eye out for new business opportunities and ways to expand our footprint in the environmental consulting world.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in geology Licensed Geologist (L.G.) license in WA and OR is a must. A minimum of 10 years' experience in environmental consulting, with a focus on Pacific Northwest projects. Expert knowledge of WA and OR environmental regulations. Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts. Strong leadership abilities, with a passion for motivating and guiding project teams. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Autodesk, and Adobe applications. A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel as needed.
