JOB PURPOSE:
As a Special Projects Manager, you will support the Director, Special Projects in key Retail and Image special projects, including Flagship store openings, exhibitions and unique collaborations. This role will involve coordinating with various departments, managing project timelines, and ensuring strategic execution meets Dior standards.

The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $100,000 - $115,000 per annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate's relevant skills and experience. Job Title: Manager, Special Projects

JOB PURPOSE:
As a Special Projects Manager, you will support the Director, Special Projects in key Retail and Image special projects, including Flagship store openings, exhibitions and unique collaborations. This role will involve coordinating with various departments, managing project timelines, and ensuring strategic execution meets Dior standards.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the main point of contact between all departments involved in the 360 planning and coordination of special projects such as flagships, exhibitions and unique collaborations.
- Lead and manage various special projects, including timeline, budget, and execution.
- Communicate updates effectively to key business partners and work cross-functionally with appropriate departments to achieve project timelines.
- Manage calendar of meetings to ensure projects are kept on track.
- Build and maintain presentations, agendas, and meeting notes to support project development to share during meetings.
- Collaborate with Paris counterparts on global initiatives based in the Americas, including briefs, and provide local support as necessary.
- Conduct ongoing research on competitors and propose project strategies.
- Maintain a continued 360 coordination between corporate and retail teams to ensure strategic execution aligns with Dior's image standards.
- Complete full project recaps upon completion.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to follow-through
- Strong time management, prioritization & ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Clear and concise delivery of information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills & strong knowledge of all other Microsoft Office programs (One Drive, Teams, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 5+ years' experience in project management, fashion, and/or marketing
- Must be available M-F, 9-6pm
