JOB SUMMARY
As Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Scenthound, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by overseeing and optimizing all aspects of digital marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, your primary responsibilities include monitoring digital media performance across multiple channels, optimizing existing digital media campaigns, and working with Franchise Partners to achieve marketing goals and objectives within a location's marketing budget.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Development: Develop and execute paid digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, increase memberships, and boost brand awareness.
Campaign Management: Oversee digital marketing campaigns across social, SEM, and display channels, focusing on lead generation and conversion optimization.
Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on campaign results, optimizing for better performance and maximizing ROI.
External Collaboration: Manage external digital agencies and platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness and explore new opportunities.
Franchise Support: Work with franchise partners and internal operations team to improve underperforming locations through targeted solutions.
SEO Management: Implement and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings.
Training: Conduct training sessions for franchise partners on digital performance metrics and local marketing strategies.
KPI Monitoring: Set and track KPIs, focusing on leads, trials, memberships, and cost-per-acquisition.
Email Marketing: Manage email marketing campaigns, including list preparation, content creation, testing, deployment, reporting, and optimization
Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights to leadership and stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and optimization.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years' experience preferred in digital marketing, working in a similar role or for a digital marketing agency.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities across multiple departments and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to report daily to our Corporate Headquarters in Jupiter, Florida
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask under high pressure and in a time sensitive environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills.
- Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements.
- The ability to problem-solve
- Knowledge of CRM software (zoho experience preferred).
- Sound understanding of digital marketing platforms such as Meta Business Center, Google Ads Platform, Google Analytics, etc
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation optimization to drive increased leads and conversions.
- Effectively multi-task across various digital marketing initiatives
- Attention to detail and quantitative analytical skills

- Salary range $80,000 - $90,000 depending on experience
