FORVIA - HELLA is seeking its next great systems engineer to join our growing EMC lighting team. The primary function of this position will be to partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive development of our next generation product design. If chosen for this opportunity you will gain access to product engineering focused on the next generation EV market.

Daily Responsibilities
- Full Coordination of planning activities including preparation, implementation and verification of the development schedule
- Assign responsibility for work results and activities in a clear and comprehensible manner to the individual team managers or team members
- Monitor and control progress of assigned programs
- Implement measures in the case of (upcoming) deviations
- Initiate and monitor escalation scenarios
- Provides last decision for software development related issues in case of escalation from software development team members
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience performing electronics design work (Lighting and ECU experience preferred)
- Prior experience in evaluating, analyzing and eliciting requirements.
- Ability to manage cross-domain assignments with high levels of composure and work in a cross functional global team.
- Excellent communication skills interacting with both internal and external customers
- Cross-functional expertise in multiple engineering domains
- Proficient with MS Office applications, MKS/PTC, DOORs, Vector Tools
