PRIMARY FUNCTION

The Process Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient processes within the Patient Engagement Department. This role will focus on improving patient interaction workflows, enhancing communication strategies, and ensuring seamless integration with other departments to drive patient satisfaction and retention.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluates current patient engagement processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Designs and implements streamlined workflows to enhance patient engagement and reduce churn.
  • Collects and analyzes data to monitor the effectiveness of patient engagement strategies.
  • Develops metrics and KPIs to track the performance of engagement strategies.
  • Prepares and presents reports to Leadership and Senior Management.
  • Works closely with IT, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations departments to ensure cohesive and integrated patient engagement efforts.
  • Collaborates with the Quality Assurance team to align engagement processes with quality improvement initiatives.
  • Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in patient engagement workflows.
  • Conducts regular process reviews and audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Leverages technology and automation tools to optimize patient communication and engagement.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION: Minimum of Bachelor's Degree required. 5 years of healthcare experience is commensurate to the education required.

    EXPERIENCE: Proven track record of analyzing data and generating insights to drive business objectives and designing patient workflows and interacting with different stakeholders.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Skilled with interpreting business analytics as well as developing regular reporting for staff, peers, and senior management.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, process mapping tools).
    • Advanced proficiency in Power Point and Microsoft Excel (or equivalent application), including the use of pivot tables.
