ERP Application Developer / Data AnalystSummary:

The ERP Application Developer / Data Analyst provides functional support for various systems and / or applications by working with business users and technical teams. The Data Analyst must be able to bring data from multiple systems into a single common dataset. Demonstration of expertise in the specific functional aspects of the applications is necessary. The Data Analyst must have general knowledge of the functional areas of the system and possess a working knowledge of related applications or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modules. Maintenance of current system / industry related knowledge by the ERP Data Analyst on system functionality is vital to meet the needs of the business users.

ERP Application Developer / Data Analyst Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designs and develops complex data systems and integrations.
• Understands how to merge multiple similar datasets from separate sources into single common dataset.
• Implements solutions at the application level or on the web.
• Leads complex systems projects and project groups.
• Recommends process improvements.
• Facilitates discussion and develops options for system implementation. Other tasks as assigned such as mastering specific technical skills and contributing to the application programming efforts.
• Acts as the key contact for outside application / technology providers, as needed.
• Queries data using MSSQL and delivers reports and dashboards.

ERP Application Developer / Data Analyst Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or a related discipline, and two to four years' experience as an ERP "super-user" or "power-user"; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have designed at least one data brokerage from multiple systems or similar.
• Technical report writing experience, strongly preferred.
• Some experience leading teams and projects.
• Knowledge of and experience working with MSSQL, C# .Net 6+/Core 3.1+, HTML/CSS/JS or similar.
• REST/SOAP API experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have demonstrated leadership ability to clearly identify business issues related to the implementation of applications. Has demonstrated the ability to facilitate agreements that create solutions at all levels of the organization and has experience implementing these solutions to create closure.
• Must be comfortable and capable of leading group discussions and facilitating business process decisions in cross functional groups.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
