Work Environment
The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, some climbing and balancing, some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling and some fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires 50% sitting, 25% walking, and 25% standing. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations and in a generally hazard free environment.

Grandview High SchoolWhat You'll be Doing:
- Coordinates the implementation and evaluation of CTE skills at each of our schools.
- Supports the development, implementation and evaluation of the Portrait of a Graduate rubrics, PreK-12.
- Ensures alignment of CTE Learning activities as the overall strategy to grow knowledge and expertise in our grad pathways.
- Incorporate the district's strategic plan into CTE goals.
- Provide ongoing leadership and support for instruction, programming and industry partnerships within CTE.
- Ensure that standards for CTE programs meet all OSPI program requirements and are approved by the program's advisory.
- Ensure and support quality classroom instruction.
- Coordinate and align curriculum and assessment.
- Supervise the appropriate allocation of staff and resources.
- Salary: $126,897 - $153,832 (Salary dependent upon education and experience.)

What You'll Need:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in job-related area. Master's Degree preferred.
- Experience: 2 years as a school administrator preferred. 5 years of successful teaching experience preferred. Job related experience with increasing responsibilities required.
- Licenses/Certificates/Registration:
- CTE Certification:
- Required- or-
- Has the ability to obtain CTE Administrator certification within one year;
- Administrator Certification:
- Preferred if candidate currently possesses CTE Certification- or-
- Required if candidate does not currently possess CTE Administrator Certification
