The Glickman Lauder Center of Excellence in Autism and Developmental Disorders is a full-service integrated treatment, research, and training center designed to meet the needs of Maine families, generate new treatment models, and advance autism science for the benefit of all.

What The Role Entails:
The Program Manager will oversee operations and maintain primary accountability for the management and delivery of safe and effective patient/client care for the program. The Program Manager works with the Director to develop Center programs, manage budgets and personnel, and coordinate services. They are responsible for the performance management of the Center's programs, patient outcomes, design, delegation and supervision of work load, and for the appropriate utilization of human and fiscal resources. The Program Manager works closely with management to ensure paperwork and record compliance of all staff is being met.

- Education: Master's degree in relevant field is required.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in community settings is preferred. 3+ years of management experience is preferred. Experience in a research setting/program is preferred.
